General

❈ I have the right's to decline any commission order, If declined that means :
- I am not able to deliver your desired request ( read can do's and can't do's )
- The theme of the request is offensive
- Being disrespectful in any manner❈ If you violate my ToS or ghost me for over 14 days, I have full rights to cancel your commission with no refund provided❈ You will only receive full resolution digital file's of the commission via Google drive. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.❈ I will not proceed with the commission if the client has not given approval of the progress given❈ Your request will only be accepted once your commission has been fully reviewed and approved❈ Order details take place in my social media DMS (Discord, Twitter, Gmail, Vgen or Discord server ticket)

• Violations

Payment & Cancellation

❈ Cancelling last minute frequently will result with being blacklisted❈ No refunds can be requested once the upfront payment has been made❈ You may only request for a full refund if any of the following are true.
- Your commission has taken longer than 2 months with no progress (unless agreed upon otherwise)
- Your commission hasn't been started yet.❈ Invoices will only be sent to the client and to no other parties, unless discussed upon otherwise.❈ Commissions will only be started after the upfront payment has been made.
- I will not do payment after sketch❈ Payment's must be sent after 48 hours upon receiving the invoice or your commission will be cancelled, unless agreed upon otherwise.

Process

❈ You will receive frequent updates of your commission, you may also ask to see the progress at any given time. However please refrain from asking constantly.❈ Commission progress will be shown to you in this order :
1. Sketch
2. Colored Sketch
3. Line art
4. Base colors
5. Finished piece
Any changes in between can be discussed
I may skip 2 depending on the complexity of the drawing⋇ You are limited to 5 editing sessions from sketch to base colors, and a minor adjustment in the final piece
⋇ FURTHER editing requests will have to be paid for (max up to 50% of the overall commission price per edit)
⋇ Major edits in the finishing process is not allowed, as it will affect the final composition of the artwork.❈ Your commission will be sent via google drive, once received no further adjustments can be made to the commission.

Posting

❈ Publishing or privatization of a commission can be discussed
- additional fees depend the usage of the piece❈ Fan art commission’s will always be public❈ Posting your commission is allowed as long as you give proper credit❈ I reserve all rights to post art commissions in my portfolio, but if really requested not to I will respect the owners opinion
